These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kiva DesignWorks website at kivadesignworks.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

What this Site is

The Site presents our design and fabrication studio, our capabilities, and examples of our work, and lets you contact us about a project. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, specification, or engineering advice for any particular project.

Inquiries, quotes, and project work

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a contract. Estimates, quotes, and any design or fabrication work are governed by the separate written agreement, proposal, or purchase order confirmed between you and us for that project — including its pricing, schedule, warranty, and delivery terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and designs of the pieces shown — are owned by Kiva DesignWorks or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce our designs, portfolio images, or branding without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, scrape it at scale, or use our contact form to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiva DesignWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits the warranties or remedies expressly agreed in a signed project agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
